In order to do this, firstly you need to create a segment containing all the invoices you would like to download. To do this, click on the dropdown menu next to the search field and choose “Create new segment”. You can then name this segment and define rules, e.g.:
You'll then get a list with all invoices to which those rules apply. By clicking on the button “Export” at the top right hand side, you have three choices how to export those invoices: to an Excel sheet, into one pdf or to your bookkeeping program.
Note: to create exports in Teamleader, you need to have the correct user rights. This can be altered via Settings > HR when editing a co-worker.
