Whenever a potential client converts into a paying customer by accepting your quotation through Cloudsign, you can choose to send an automatic thank you note via Teamleader.
You'll be able to edit the template, but also to add templates for different languages.
To get started, simply navigate to Settings > Cloud platforms > Email once a quotation gets accepted through Cloudsign.
As with any other email template in Teamleader, you'll need to specify the language, name, subject and email content using the available parameters displayed below.
- You can only set one template per language.
- In case there is no template available, Teamleader will not send out a thank you note.
