Why can't I see the agenda of my colleagues?

The accessibility of agendas of co-workers is a setting. This can be altered under Settings > HR. In the overview of your co-workers, you click on the pencil next to one you want to edit and go to "Planning" in the second column. If this co-worker does not have admin rights, you will see a dropdown menu where you can choose to which agenda he/she should have access to. The option “Entire team calendar” is only available in case you work with teams.

A team can be created by clicking on the plus sign next to Teams under Settings > HR. Assigning co-workers to specific teams is possible when you once again click on the pencil next to his or her name. This option can be found in the first column.
