The Teamleader Reseller module is an exclusive module designed for all certified Teamleader partners. It allows you to create Teamleader accounts for customers yourself. This “How To” will explain how this works in further detail:

  1. Click on “Reseller” on the bottom of the navigation menu
  2. Click on the “+” symbol next to “Teamleader clients” to create a new trial account
  3. Enter all details of the customer in the popup screen.
  • If the VAT number can be found in the European VIES database, this data will be completed automatically.
  • Enter the name of the company.
  • Enter the user name of the client.
  • Fill in the email address of the client. This will be the email address he/she will receive the activation email and all Teamleader notifications to.
  • Fill in a phone number.
  • Add the address.
  • Decide whether the activation mail should be send to you or to the potential client.
  • Lead Passing: Decide whether you want to follow up that lead (NO) or whether the Sales team of Teamleader (YES) should take over. This decision does have an effect on the possible commission.
  • Decide on the language of the account.
  • In Teamleader you can choose between quarterly and yearly when it comes to renewal period.
  • The number of co-workers and the needed modules depends on your lead. Be aware that CRM and Invoices are activated by default in the trial period. 

           


  1. Click on “Save
  2. The potential client will receive an activation email with login data.
  3. After creating the trial account it may be useful to send your new lead some information such as our webinars and tutorials and our Getting Started series.
