Every Teamleader account has at least one administrator, who has more rights than other users. Only our support team can change these rights. If you want to grant admin rights to a co-worker or remove them, you can send an email to support with the confirmation of a current admin and the affected user(s) in copy. This written permission is important for security reasons.
- There is no limit to the number of admin users per Teamleader account.
- Only the first admin automatically has access to all modules. If you are granted admin rights at a later stage, some modules can still be activated for you. You can read this article to know how the current admin can do that.
