If you want to export and/or print more than one invoice or even all your invoices, you certainly don't have to do this one by one. In this article, we will show you how to export all invoices of the current year in one go as an example, but you can of course use the same steps to export other invoices.

1. First, navigate to Invoices and click on the arrow next to the search field to select Create new segment and create this segment:

2. Save this segment to get a list of all invoices that were booked in the current year. If you wish to see a different segment, you only need to edit the rules. Click here for more info on how to do this.

3. Click EXPORT at the right-hand side. If you can't see this button, this means you don't have enough rights.

4. In the following screen you will get the option to either export the invoices to an excel sheet, a pdf or an accountancy programme.

Export to Excel

If you go for this option, you have further options in the following screen:

You can select the segment you want to export (if you did not select a segment at the start) and you can determine which information to export. If you want to determine which values you would like to show in your Excel sheet, click on the dropdown menu next to "Select" and choose Create new template. In the pop-up that appears, you have the option to choose which values you would like to see in the generated Excel:

Next click save and start export to create your Excel file.

Batch export invoices to PDF

If you select Batch export invoices to PDF, you can choose a segment you would like to export. Here, the segment you created earlier will be of importance.

Next click Start export to create a pdf file with all invoices which you can easily print in one go.

Note: The maximum number of invoices you can export in one batch via the pdf export is 250. If you want to export more invoices, you need to create separate segments to split the export.
