  • What you want to gain from this session

  • Which questions you would like to cover

  • Your current workflow and set-up of your Teamleader account 

This information helps the onboarding agent to prepare for the call so they can tailor it as much to you as possible.


An online onboarding sessions takes up one hour. In the online conference call, the onboarding agent will go over the questions you have sent over by email in advance as well as provide advice and share best practices on how you can optimise your workflow in Teamleader.
