By default, all timetracking is set as "invoiceable". You'll need to set the slider to "No" in case you don't want to invoice this timetracking to your client. Additionally, there is an option under Settings > Timetracking > Preferences to set the timetracking on 'not invoiceable' by default. This is something you should discuss internally: are more timetrackings invoiceable or not invoiceable? Do you want to set the slider to “Yes” or “No” by default?
After having filled up your timesheets, it is quite likely that you want to start creating the invoice. Check here how you can get started on that.
