Ever since the early years of Teamleader we have supported a personalised layout for invoices, quotations and other documents. We used to support this via PDF only, until we launched the much more adaptable feature of Word document layouts in combination with shortcodes.

The PDF layouts have become less and less used over the years. Until recently we have kept supporting the very rare cases of PDF layouts. But in order to offer better and faster support, we will stop supporting these layout formats. We won’t do this immediately of course. We will give you the time and the support to switch to a Word document layout before completely removing the PDF option.
