Did you link your credit card to Teamleader but have a different card now? Or do you simply want to remove your credit card from your account completely?
If you want to replace your credit card by a different one, just follow these steps:
- Click on your profile picture at the upper right handside and go to Teamleader License. Note that only admin users have access to this section.
- You will see at the top of the page the option 'Billing info' with your credit card details. Click on the pencil to edit them and enter the new credit card details.
If you want to remove the credit card from your account, you need to follow these steps:
An administrator of the Teamleader account has to send an e-mail to email@example.com with a request to delete the credit card information.
After receiving the confirmation from the admin, a member of the credit and collection team will then delete the credit card information.
